Thalthol provides professional garden lighting and automated watering system installation services in the Toronto area. Our services include:

System maintenance and repair services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property requirements and local regulations.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during consultations and service requests
Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Ensure proper site access for our installation teams
Comply with all local regulations regarding outdoor installations
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing for installations will be confirmed in writing through our quotation process.

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit upon contract signing, with the balance due upon completion of installation. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. All installations include warranty coverage as specified in your service agreement. Typical warranty periods are:

Labor warranty: 2 years on standard installations
Equipment warranty: As provided by manufacturers, typically 2-5 years
Extended warranties available for premium packages

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thalthol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

Cancellations made more than 7 days before scheduled installation receive full deposit refunds minus a 10% administrative fee
Cancellations made 3-7 days before installation receive 50% deposit refund
Cancellations made less than 3 days before installation forfeit the deposit
Custom-ordered equipment may not be eligible for refunds

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thalthol and our employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new last updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
